Enjoy an evening of poetry with acclaimed poets and 2019 retreat faculty Cornelius Eady, Ruth Ellen Kocher and Matthew Shenoda at City of Asylum/Pittsburgh. Eady is the author of eight poetry collections, including Victims of the Latest Dance Craze (Ommation Press, 1986), winner of the Lamont Prize from the Academy of American Poets and most recently, Hardheaded Weather (Penguin, 2008), nominated for an NAACP Image Award.  Recipient of the 2014 PEN/Open Book Award, Kocher is the author of Third Voice (Tupelo Press, 2016), Ending in Planes (Noemi Press, 2014) and Goodbye Lyric: The Gigans and Lovely Gun (Sheep Meadow Press, 2014), among other works.
