Celebrate the launch of Nick Makoha‘s Resurrection Man, winner of the second annual Toi Derricotte & Cornelius Eady Chapbook Prize, selected by Robin Coste Lewis and published this spring by Jai-Alai Books. Stay after the reading to browse Christopher Barker’s exhibit Homegoing: A Conceptual Photo Series, which pairs excerpts from the works of pioneering black queer poets with contemporary images celebrating black queer culture past and present.
